2 Men in Critical Condition After Car Crash in Cathedral City
Police say alcohol may have been involved in an early morning rollover crash that injured two people in Cathedral City.
It happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday morning, on the 67-700 block of East Palm Canyon.
Police arrived and found two males trapped inside the vehicle. They say one was unresponsive – the other, barely conscious. Fire crews used the jaws of life to get them out. Both had critical injuries and were taken to the hospital.
Along with alcohol, police say speeding may have been a factor.
Neither of the men were wearing a seat belt.
