Lindsay Lohan Will Not Face Charges In Betty Ford Altercation
Lindsay Lohan will not face charges stemming from a December altercation with a worker at the Betty Ford Center, a spokesman with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office said today.
The District Attorney’s Office completed its investigation and determined there was insufficient evidence to file battery charges against the actress, spokesman John Hall said.
Lohan’s encounter with Dawn Holland happened on Dec. 12, while the star was in rehab at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage.
Holland had long told authorities she didn’t want to press charges against Lohan, but investigators continued their investigation without her.
