Palm Springs Power Rally for 23rd Win in 24 Games
The Palm Springs Power have made a case for KESQ’s “Team of the Week”… again. Marcus Romero hit a go-ahead 2 RBI triple in the bottom of the 6th inning, and the Palm Springs Power held off a scrappy Team San Diego 6-4, for their 23rd win in 24 games. Evan Boyd singled down the 3rd base line to tie the game at 4, setting the stage for Romero’s heroics.
The Power will host Team San Diego White for another game on Wednesday (7:05 p.m.) before taking Thursday night off.
