Antonio Diaz Ends Career With Knockout
Indio’s Antonio Diaz ended his 16-year boxing career in convincing fashion. Diaz beat Mexico’s Ernesto Zepeda by technical knockout in the eighth round at Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino.
A sold out crowd of 2,000 saw Diaz put the finishing touches on a long, successful boxing career. He plans to stay around boxing as a coach.
Diaz ends his career inside of the Coachella Valley undefeated at 26-0. Also, he picked the right venue for his finale, he’s now 17-0 at Fantasy Springs.
