Local Sales Manager, KESQ/KDFX/KCWQ, Palm Desert, CA

KESQ/KDFX/KCWQ Palm Desert location is seeking a Local Sales Manager to lead and manage our Local Sales Department and its effort in developing new revenue for television and the web.

Duties and responsibilities:
Specific duties include but not limited to: managing the local sales department, meeting or exceeding local sales budgets for television and the web, developing New Direct business, and providing creative customized solutions for local advertisers

Qualifications:
The preferred candidate with previous Local Sales Management experience, must be highly motivated, possess good organizational and interpersonal skills and have a college degree.
