Actor Jeremy London To Face Misdemeanor Battery Charge
The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office says it will be filing misdemeanor battery charges against actor Jeremy London.
The charges stem from an incident in the Mountain Gate complex of Palm Springs in November.
A woman who called 911 from a home there said she and London were arguing over custody of their son when London hurt her.
Palm Springs police said he took off after that fight and hasn’t been located.
This isn’t London’s first run-in with trouble in Palm Springs.
A man pleaded guilty earlier this year to kidnapping London last June.
London claimed Brandon Adams also forced him to buy illicit drugs and alcohol during the incident.
Even London’s family doubted his claims.
London could face up to a year behind bars or probation if he’s convicted of the misdemeanor battery charge.
