7 transported after Coachella crash
Seven people were injured Monday afternoon in a single-vehicle crash in Coachella, a county fire department spokeswoman said.
The accident was reported about 3:30 p.m. at Vista Del Norte and Dillon Road. One person’s injuries were described as moderate, and the other six sustained minor injuries, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.
All seven were transported to a local hospital.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
