Pair of suspected robbers in custody

Two Palm Desertresidents are in custody, accusedof5 Coachella Valley hold-ups, according to Riverside County Sheriff’s investigators.

Sheriff’s deputiesarrested Christopher Bryson, 22,and a Zachsia Price, 20, Wednesdayafternoon afterservinga search warrant at a Palm Desert home on the 77-700 block of Michigan Drive.

Bryson and Price are both accused ina recent string ofarmed robberies. The latest happened at a Subway sandwich shop in Indio onTuesday.

The two alsorobbed a Cold Stone Creamery, Teddy’s Donuts, a Dairy Queen, and China Joe’s, according to investigators.

Those crimes were all reported in Bermuda Dunes and La Quintaover the past month and a half.

No one was hurt in any of the crimes.

Bryson and Price are now in custody at the Riverside County Jail in Indio.
