Suspects arrested in Cabazon outlets break in

Four men are facing commercial burglary and conspiracy charges, accused in the burglarizing of the Dolce & Gabbana outlet store located within the Desert Hills Premium Outlets at 48650 Seminole Drive in Cabazon.

Store employees related to a Sheriff’s 9-1-1 dispatcher at 8:10 p.m. Sunday, that three black male adults had just burglarized the outlet store taking numerous high-end purses. The suspects fled the store in a silver Mercedes Benz with paper dealer plates that was witnessed by a mall patron, according to Riverside Sheriff’s Sgt. Alan Meservey.

Deputies set up on Interstate 10 at Highland Springs Avenue to wait for the vehicle. A vehicle matching the description drove past deputies, traveling west on Interstate 10. Deputies followed the Mercedes Benz west onto Highway 60 towards Moreno Valley, until they stopped the vehicle.

Four black male adults were detained without incident and several stolen purses were located within the Mercedes Benz.

The stolen purses had a retail value of approximately $10,000.00. Store employees and witnesses later identified the male suspects as those responsible for the theft and burglary.

Arrested for Commercial Burglary and Conspiracy were 25-year-old Paul Hayes of Anaheim, 26-year-old Ackeem Ramsay of Anaheim, 22-year-old Nquenzeni Moyo of Garden Grove, and 21-year-old Anthony Smith of Buena Park. All were booked at the Larry Smith Correctional Facility in Banning where they are being held on $25,000.00 bail.
