Deadly Vehicle Fire Investigation
Palm Springs police say — shortly before 3:00 a.m. This (sunday) morning — they received a report of a vehicle fire in the 25 hundred block of toledo avenue.
They arrived to find the vehicle fully engulfed in flames. Investigators believe the vehicle crashed into a palm tree. The driver who has not been identified — died at the scene…
As a result of the crash — toledo avenue — murray canyon and via estrella have all been closed to traffic, they’re expected to be re-opened by 10 a-m.
