Judge dismisses case against actor Jeremy London

A judge formally dismissed a misdemeanor case against Jeremy London stemming from a fight between the actor and his estranged wife over their 5-year-old son, finding that he had completed anger management sessions as required.

London, who is best known for his roles in the television series “Party of Five” and “7th Heaven,” was originally charged with misdemeanor spousal battery but entered a no contest plea to a misdemeanor charge of fighting in public last May.

Riverside County Superior Court Judge Richard A. Erwood found that the 40-year-old actor had completed 20 anger-management sessions and formally dismissed the case, according to London’s attorney Catherine Lombardo.

The judge also terminated a protective order issued last year requiring London to have no contact with the woman, Lombardo said.
