Coachella RadioShack robbed at gunpoint

Police are looking for two men this morning suspected of robbing a Coachella RadioShack a gunpoint Monday night.

At around 7:40 p.m., police responded to reports of an armed robbery at the RadioShack near the corner of Harrison and Westerfield. When they arrived, they learned a man wearing a black cloth mask entered the store with a gun and demanded cash. An employee opened the cash register and handed over an unknown amount of money.

The robber left the building and got into a getaway car being driven by the second man. They fled the area heading westbound on Westerfield.

The first man was described as 5’6″, 160 lbs., wearing a black cloth mask, white hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, white socks and white shoes. Armed with a small black handgun.

The second man wasdescribed as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

The car was described as a small sport utility vehicle, possibly a GMC.
