Ruiz holding veterans forum in Palm Springs
Rep. Raul Ruiz, D-Palm Desert, will hold the firstof four veterans forums in the 36th Congressional District today in PalmSprings.
The forum is at 1 p.m. at American Legion Hall Post 519, 400 N. BelardoRoad. Veterans, active duty military personnel and their families, andrepresentatives from veterans service organizations are invited to attend.
The other forums are Aug. 22 in Beaumont, Sept. 5 in Indio and Sept. 6in Hemet.
