Crash on Highway 111 sends three to hospital
A two car crash on Highway 111 near Interstate 10 left two people trapped and in serious condition this afternoon.
Three people have been transported to the hospital, but all areexpectedto survive.
The accident happened around 2 p.m. on Highway 111 near the intersection of Snow Creek Rd in Palm Springs. One southbound lane was shut down.
An initial investigation by the CHP says they believe the blue sedan pulled onto 111 in front of the gold sedan, causing the accident.
