Nobu restaurant coming to Indian Wells

The expansion of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden will bring the addition of a new restaurant to the Coachella Valley. The famed Japanese restaurant, Nobu, will be among three eateries attached to the new 8,000 seat Stadium 2. Piero’s Pizza Vino, and the Chop House, which both have other locations in the desert, will also be on the concourse level, overlooking the on-court action and the grounds.

Nobu, the world-famous Japanese restaurant founded by Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa, will deliver its critically acclaimed and exquisite cuisine that blends traditional Japanese dishes with South American ingredients.

The Chop House, part of the Kaiser Family of Restaurants, is an award-winning restaurant that features USDA prime-aged steaks and chops, seasonal and sustainable fish and shellfish, and California’s freshest in-season vegetables.

Piero’s Pizza Vino, owned by desert restaurateur Piero Pierattoni, will serve traditional Neapolitan style pizza.
