Police are looking for a man they believe killed a woman in Sky Valley nearly six years ago. Edward Lee LeBlanc has been seen on America’s Most Wanted, and the victim’s sister is offering $25K to anyone with information that gets the murderer convicted and behind bars.

LeBlanc, 33, is accused of murdering Kristin Miner on February, 13, 2008.

According to police, the suspect is white, 5’10”, weighs around 140 lbs. and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Officers said LeBlanc has a tattoo of a Yin Yang symbol with an American Flag on his right shoulder and the name Jasmine Shek tattooed in cursive on his chest.

Authorities think he may have fled to Ecuador at some point.
