Police search for female bank robbery suspect

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department released a photo of a bank robbery suspect late Monday.

According to a news release, they say around 10:00 a.m Monday, a woman entered the U.S. Bank, located on the 57-000 Block of 29 Palms Highway. The unknown white female handed the teller a note, saying this is a robbery.

The female demanded money, the teller complied and gave the female an undisclosed amount of US currency. The female suspect fled the bank in an unknown direction prior to deputies arrival.

US Bank has a reward program for up to $10,000.00 leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
