Banning police investigate shooting at apartment complex

The Banning Police Department is investigating numerous reports of shots being fired on Tuesday night at an apartment complex.

Officers found an apartment window had been shot out at the Westview Terrace Apartments located at 287 W. Westward Street. The shots were fired around 8:30 p.m.

Police said nobody was injured in the shooting.

The suspects are described as dark-skinned men and they were apparently wearing bandanas over their faces, according to witnesses.

Police continue to look for the suspects.
