Police stand-off ends peacefully in Cathedral City
Police took a man into custody after a stand-off in Cathedral City after he barricaded himself inside a home near Vista Chino and Landau.
The stand-off ended just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday night after about 2 hours.
Police say the man is a wanted parolee and they were concerned he may be armed.
The stand-off ended with the suspect leaving the home through the front door with his arms raised in the air.
There were no reports of injuries from the stand-off.
