Small quake shakes Coachella Valley
A small earthquake rattled the Coachella Valley.
A magnitude 3.0 quake shook the southern edge of Riverside County early Saturday morning.
The US Geological Survey says it occurred at about 12:40 a.m. — 11 miles southeast of LA Quinta.
The quake had a depth of about 40 miles.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.
