Walking Dead slot machines drawing in crowds and TV show celebrity

“We made it here first to see if we could win big bucks,” Denise Valquez said.

Valquez was first in a long line.

“I was excited to see the new game and meet her,” she said.

The new game – a Walking Dead penny video slot machine. Her – one of the tv show’s stars, Laurie Holden. Holden played Andrea on the show, but got killed off.

“I feel blessed. It’s so sweet. It touches me that a lot are grandparents getting photos for their grand kids. It’s very sweet,” Holden said.

Her fans clearly love the slots, at Spa Resort Casino and Agua Caliente Casino.

It’s easy to get drawn into the world of zombies. Holden gets it too, why the show’s season four premiere was the most-watched drama series telecast in basic cable history.

“It’s a survival tale, a morality story of the human condition. We are real. High stakes. I think that’s something people can relate to,” she said.

You have another chance to meet Laurie Wednesday, May 21st. Starting at 4:00 at Agua Caliente, the first 500 Paradise Rewards Club members get 2 free chances on the Walking Dead slots.
