Police investigate shooting in Desert Hot Springs
A man was shot by an unknown suspect in Desert Hot Springs Wednesday afternoon and he was transported to a hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening wound, police reported.
Officers were dispatched about 12:20 p.m. to 12350 Palm Drive on a
gunfire call and found the victim, whose name was withheld, Desert Hot Springs Sgt. Gus Paiz said.
No possible motive was released, and the investigation is ongoing, Paiz
said.
