Police release photos of bank robber in Temecula

The Temecula Police Department is looking for a man who robbed a bank Tuesday afternoon and officers are hoping someone may be able to recognize the suspect from bank surveillance photos.

The robbery occurred around 2 p.m. at the First Citizen’s Bank, located at 44575 Avenida De Missions.

According to police, the suspect pulled out a weapon and demanded money. Bank employees gave the man an unknown amount of cash and he ran from the bank. Nobody was injured during the robbery.

Officers searched for the suspect minutes after the robbery but weren’t able to find him.

The bank robber is described as a white man in his 20’s, 5’11”, 150 lbs. with a beard. As seen in the surveillance photos, he was wearing a black and yellow baseball cap, a dark long-sleeved button-down shirt, and dark pants.

Police continue to search for the man and the investigation is ongoing.
