19th Valley-Wide Employment Expo takes place Wednesday

If you’re looking for a new job or some excellent networking opportunities, the 19th Valley-Wide Employment Expo is a great place to start.

The expo takes place Wednesday, September 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Riverside County Fairgrounds Fullenwider Auditorium, located at 46350 Arabia Street in Indio.

It’s a great opportunity to meet and apply with local employers in the Coachella Valley. Last year, officials said the employment expo hosted over 70 employers/exhibitors and thousands of job seekers.

Employment opportunities ranged from entry level positions to upper management positions. Hospitality, retail, banking, gaming, education and government agencies were some of the industries that were represented in 2013.

Officials said it’s a Veteran-friendly expo and they especially welcome Veteran job seekers and employers.
