Vigil against racial injustice planned for tomorrow in Indio
A Coachella Valley vigil planned for Thursday will address racial injustices against people of color.
The ‘Black and Brown Lives Matter” vigil will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Indio Larson Justice Center on Oasis Street.
Clergy leaders and community residents are expected to attend.
The vigil follows the recent shooting deaths of unarmed black men at the hands of white police officers.
