Wet ‘n’ Wild to fill over 100 jobs for upcoming season

A four-day job fair takes place at the end of January for those interested in working at Wet ‘n’ Wild Palm Springs for the upcoming springs and summer seasons.

Water park officials said over 100 positions are available. For a majority of the jobs, applicants need to be at least 16 years old.

According to the release, a hiring event for high school students will be held from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on January 27, 28 and 29 in the Guest Relations office at the water park.

Officials said even though they have a three-day hiring event for high school kids, you’re never too old to work at Wet ‘n’ Wild, so those with daytime availability can go to the hiring event on Friday, January 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You can stop by the Job Fair and find out about all the opportunities available. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and complete the interview process. Appointments aren’t necessary and walk-ins are welcome.

Management said certain specialty positions require applicants to be 18 years old or possess a high school diploma or equivalent. All applicants must be available to work most spring and/or summer hours of operation. Lifeguard candidates must have a valid ILTP Lifeguard certificate.

Training to get your ILTP certificate will be provided at the water park for only $50.00. To register for one of the 3-day training courses, call 760- 327-0499.
