Kelly Osbourne named 2015 ‘Queen of White Party’
Jeffrey Sanker has announced 2015’s Queen of White Party Palm Springs.
Sanker, producer of White Party Palm Springs, the largest gay dance music festival in the world, has named international fashion icon and star of E! Entertainment’s “Fashion Police,” Kelly Osbourne as the 2015 “Queen of White Party.”
The announcement was made Wednesday morning.
According to Sanker’s release, Osbourne will be officially crowned at a special ceremony when she co-hosts the White Carpet arrivals. Joining her is White Party Ambassador and co-host Frankie Grande for the Saturday night main event at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
White Party takes place April 24-27.
Sanker said, “With her haute couture style and outspoken personality, Kelly is a perfect fit as Queen of White Party. She will be on patrol for any fashion violations, so everyone make sure you’re ‘White Carpet Ready’ when you arrive Saturday night.” Adding, “This will be a weekend to remember for both her and all our White Party attendees.”
“To be crowned Queen of the White Party in a room full of queens is a dream come true,” states HM the Queen Kelly Osbourne. “I’ve been blessed my entire life to be surrounded by members of the LGBT family who support me as I support them. I am beyond thrilled and honored; now let’s dance!”
Tens of thousands of men from around the world are expected for Sanker’s annual desert celebration that has become world famous for its unforgettable live performers, top caliber DJs, incredible nighttime events and spectacular pool parties, according to Sanker’s release.
