Big rig fire blamed for traffic back-up
Traffic is backed-up on Interstate 10 just West of the Coachella Valley.
Authorities are blaming a big rig fire and heavy holiday traffic after the President’s Day Weekend.
Traffic is backed up about 10 miles from Banning to the Highway 111 interchange as of 10:00 p.m. Monday night
Two lanes of the Westbound I-10 are closed in Banning near 8th Street because of the big rig fire.
There’s no word when those lanes will re-open.
