Keeping kids safe from child predators

A community discussion on how to prevent children from being lured by predators will be held in Desert Hot Springs next month.

Safehouse of the Desert and Christopher’s Clubhouse are partnering to give parents an opportunity to ask questions and get information on how to keep their children safe.

The parent information session will take place March 2 at 5 p.m. at the Desert Hot Springs Health and Wellness Center.

Parents will be able to hear from local experts in the field of child safety, human trafficking, internet safety, gang violence prevention, runaways and more.
