Man faces 3 years probation after pleading guilty to sex charge
A 20-year old Palm Desert man faces 3 years probation and must register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to a felony sodomy charge.
In June of 2013, Alexis Haro forced a drunk woman into the sex act in a public restroom at a Palm Desert apartment complex.
The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says Haro pulled her into the bathroom as she was walking to her boyfriend’s home after a party.
In exchange for the plea, charges of assault with intent to commit rape and sexual assault of an unconscious victim, were dropped.
