Palm Springs Subaru donates over $5K to local Boys & Girls Club

A local Boys & Girls Club received a large donation from Palm Springs Subaru on Wednesday morning. The dealership made a check donation of $5,124 to the Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City.

The money comes from donations made by customers purchasing cars.

According to managers with Palm Springs Subaru, the money will go to programs that keep kids active, as well as helping them with their homework.

“I think that the Boys & Girls Club and all the kids will be greatly appreciative of the money and we are happy to be a participant in the program,” said General Manager Orie Mann.

Over the past 20 years, Subaru dealerships have donated more than $50 million to charities across the country.
