One Person Dead in Coachella Triple Shooting
On Sunday at about 2:38 am, Coachella Police officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 83300 block of Mariana Avenue, in Coachella. When officers arrived they found three victims with gunshot wounds. All three victims were taken to local hospitals for medical treatment.
One of the victims later died at JFK Hospital. He was later identified as 20 year old Anthony Delatorre, of Coachella.
No arrests have been made in the shooting. Officers are investigating the case.Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Investigator Freeman from the Central Homicide Unit at 760-393-3530.
