First ‘Kidchella Rokz’ kicks off in Rancho Mirage
A meet and greet with DJ Lance Rock of Yo Gabba Gabba is just one of the fun activities planned for children at the first ever ‘Kidchella Rokz’ in Rancho Mirage.
The free event takes place Friday, April 17 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Clark’s Nutrition and Natural Foods Market, located at 34175 Monterey Avenue.
Event organizers said there will be fun activities for kids of all ages who are either visiting or live in Rancho Mirage and the surrounding area of the Coachella Valley.
In addition to the meet and greet with DJ Lance Rock of Yo Gabba Gabba, which runs from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., teen singer and songwriter Roxie Jane and a special guest will perform live at 7:30 p.m.
Additional fun activities:
The Living Desert Zoo Gardens, W.O.W. animals will be on display outside of Clark’s for children to see in person
An appearance from Children’s Discovery Museum
Sunline Transit hydrogen bus experience
Vendors with Clarks Nutrition and Natural Foods Markets will be supplying healthy snacks and beverages for kids
