Man sought for questioning in Indio murder

Police are asking for help finding a man wanted in connection with the murder of an Indio man over the weekend.

Police said James “Chip” Nathaniel is wanted for questioning in the murder of a 35-year old man early Sunday morning.

Nathaniel is 5’5″ and around 300 pounds.

Police say he drives a 2006 black Porsche Cayenne with a California license plate of 5RNB568.

Authorities say Nathaniel should be considered armed and dangerous and you should call 911 if you have any information regarding his whereabouts.
