20-year-old man shot in Palm Springs

A 20-year-old man was shot early Friday morning in a Palm Springs neighborhood, now police are looking for some help from the public due to a lack of information being provided by the victim and witnesses.

Lieutenant Mike Kovaleff with the Palm Springs Police Department said the shooting happened just before 4 a.m. in the 500 block of Rosa Parks Road. The victim was taken the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

News Channel 3 and CBS Local 2 arrived to the Rosa Gardens Apartments early Friday morning where officers were gathering bullet shells and additional evidence in the parking lot.
