No one injured in crash in Indian Wells

A 24-year old Indio man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after police say he crashed his car into a traffic signal in Indian Wells.

The crash happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. Thursday at Highway 111 and Manitou Drive.

Javier Vargas was booked into the county jail in Indio after being taken to a hospital as a precaution.
