Man struck by car in Palm Desert
A man was struck by a car around 8:30 Wednesday night, near the intersection of Highway 74 and El Paseo in Palm Desert.
The Palm Desert Police Department says the man sustained serious injuries.
The man stepped into traffic, and was struck by a vehicle.
He was taken to a nearby hospital.
