Conrad Hilton appears in Indio Courtroom for arraignment

Conrad Hilton finally made his first court appearance in an Indio Courtroom Thursday morning. Hilton was here for his arraignment for one felony count of recklessly evading an officer back in August 10th, 2014.

The 21-year old younger brother of Paris Hilton, entered a plea of not guilty at the brief court hearing at the Larson Justice Center.

Hilton is accused in a high speed chase on Interstate-10, which came to an end when Hilton allegedly crashed his BMW into another car and a big rig near Cathedral City.

Hilton and his attorney declined to speak to us about the charges, and he is expected to appear back in court on October 13th, but he may not have to show, Hilton entered a waiver through his attorney – so they can appear on his behalf. If convicted he could face up to three years in jail.
