Sheriff Department make an arrest in La Quinta jewelry store burglary

Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies have reportedly arrested a suspect that allegedly burglarized La Quinta Jewelers located on Highway 111 and Dune Palms Thursday afternoon.

According to Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Spokesman Armando Munoz, they got a call around 12:30 p.m. of a burglary at the jewelry store on the 79-400 block of Highway 111.

After searching nearby neighborhoods they were able to locate the suspect a short time later.
