Riviera Palm Springs sold to Tribute Portfolio
Tribute Portfolio announced Thursday that it will be debuting on the West Coast with the addition of the Riviera Palm Springs and the property will undergo a multi-million dollar upgrade, including the addition of a new pool bar, wedding pavilion and enhanced lobby.
The announcement was posted by the Business Wire on Thursday morning. The upgraded hotel will debut in November.

The Riviera Palm Springs features 398 rooms and more than 52,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. The resort also offers a fitness center, business center, three outdoor pools, and an 11,000 square foot spa with 18 treatment rooms.
Tribute Portfolio is the newest collection of independent hotels from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Tribute Portfolio debuted in April 2015 with its first hotel, the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, and recently announced two new hotels, including the Great Northern Hotel in London, UK and the Kiroro Hotel, Hokkaido, Japan, according to the Business Wire’s report.
