National Coffee Day, where to get a free cup of joe
Today is National Coffee Day! Nationaldaycalendar.com suggests enjoying a cup or two of your favorite coffee.
A number of coffee, restaurant and grocery chains are offering free or discounted coffee for the day. They include Dunkin’ Donuts, Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s and Whole Foods.
Some are going the charitable route, such as caribou coffee. For every cup of coffee sold today, they’re donating one to nurses and families in cancer centers.
Meanwhile, Starbucks is launching a tree-planting initiative. Enjoy!
