Semi truck fire on I-10 near Whitewater
A semi truck hauling produce caught fire Sunday morning off Interstate 10 and Whitewater Road, near the Whitewater rest area.
Cal Fire said a hazardous materials team is on scene due to a 50-gallon fuel leak.
The rest area and one lane on the westbound side of I-10 are closed.
California Highway Patrol said the three other lanes are now open.
