SCE vault replacement will create traffic congestion in Palm Springs
The Palm Springs Police Department issued a traffic alert that will remain in place Monday through Friday until November 5.
Officers said you should avoid El Cielo and Ramon Road from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the next week due to vault replacement being conducted by crews with Southern California Edison.
The area will be highly congested with traffic because of lane restrictions. You should take an alternate route through November 5 or expect delays.
