Valley restaurant owner says niece was shot in Paris attacks

The owner of Si Bon Restaurant in Rancho Mirage has confirmed that his niece was shot twice while attending the Eagles of Death Metal concert in Paris Friday evening.

Philippe Caupain told KESQ/CBS Local 2 that 31-year old Amandine Andretto, was at the concert when gunfire erupted. She was shot twice and rushed to an area hospital and is being treated for her wounds, but is expected to be okay.

A male friend was also accompanying Andretto at the concert; he is still missing.

Si Bon is located in the Albertsons shopping center in Rancho Mirage on Monterey and Country Club Drive.

Paris officials are reporting over 100 people have been killed in several attacks across the city.
