Yucca Valley woman arrested for punching & biting man

A Yucca Valley woman was arrested Monday night on suspicion of assaulting a man and biting him numerous times, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities said 48-year-old Michelle Agobian was taken into custody in the 55700 block of Highway 62 around 9 p.m. after deputies responded to a disturbance call.

The investigation revealed that Agobian threw the victim to the ground and punched him in the head about 12 times and bit him near both elbows.

The victim was treated by the fire department on scene and Agobian was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and assault with serious injuries.

She was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
