Suspects sought in Cathedral City shooting
Cathedral City police were looking for suspects Tuesday night following the second shooting in the same neighborhood in just three nights.
Police say a man fired several gun shots at a duplex along Whispering Palms Trail, just south of Ramon Road. No one was hurt.
The shooting happened at approximately 6:30 p.m. and the gunman ran off.
Police said they were taking extra precautions because this shooting was very close to the scene of another attack Sunday night at Ramon Road and Landau Boulevard.
That attack left a 22-year old Cathedral City man dead in his Chrysler Sebring.
Investigators have not released a description of the suspect involved in Tuesday night’s attack.
