Motorists will need extra time to get to Riverside or Los Angeles Tuesday morning after a Beaumont wreck involving a big rig truck.

The C.H.P. said the semi’s rear trailer flipped over spilling bales of hay onto the Interstate 10 westbound freeway lanes early Tuesday morning at 3:50 a.m.

The freeway’s two left lanes were blocked between State Highway 79 and the interchange for State Highway 60.

Delays were reported in the westbound direction.

Eastbound traffic was not impacted.
