More shots fired in Desert Hot Springs
Desert Hot Springs police are investigating a shooting near Buena Vista and Palm Drive Wednesday evening.
Witnesses reported hearing between nine and 12 shots fired around 9:00 p.m.
No victims have come forward, but police are monitoring local hospitals to see if anyone was hurt.
Multiple shell casings were found outside the liquor store that was also struck by bullets.
The incident happened within hours of another shooting just outside the city. No one was struck then, however, a Cathedral City man was taken in custody Wednesday for allegedly shooting a man in Desert Hot Springs, who later died at a hospital.
Eduardo Stultz, 23, was arrested on suspicion of murder for the Tuesday morning slaying of a man who was found shot outside a home on Second Street.
