Bar cited for selling alcohol to minor

The Dead or Alive Bar in Palm Springs was cited for selling alcohol to a minor.

The bar was one of 16 businesses checked as part of an undercover “minor decoy” operation conducted by PSPD officers along with an agent with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The operation was checking businesses to determine if they would sell alcoholic beverages to a minor.

This operation was funded by a grant awarded to PSPD from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

The Dead or Alive Bar was the only one of the 16 businesses cited for selling alcohol to a minor.
