Indio restaurant burglarized 4 times in 6 months
The owner of Andy’s Burgers # 4 in Indio has released surveillance photos of a man suspected of burglarizing the business early Wednesday morning. And he said this is the fourth time the location has been robbed in the past six months.
Andy’s Burgers #4 is located at 83699 on Indio Boulevard.
The owner told KESQ News Channel 3 and CBS Local 2 the burglary occurred at about 3 a.m. Surveillance photos captured a man looking at the camera at the time of the burglary. The owner released the photos in hopes someone may recognize the suspect.
“We have been here for 28 years and have been part of the community and it is frustrating,” said Nick Krespis, the owner Andy’s #4.
Sergeant Dan Marshall of the Indio Police Department said detectives have been actively working to catch burglars in the area, and over all burglaries in the city are down 15 percent when compared to last year.
